Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for foldable mobile phones that can prevent occurrence of slippage in fitting between upper and lower front and rear covers against rough handling under a not assumed environment and facilitate adjustment of defects in butting a plurality of metallic dies caused when they are simultaneously designed and manufactured.
SOLUTION: In the structure for the mobile phone where an upper part 10 and a lower part 11 formed by fitting cases 12, 13 are folded/expanded by using a hinge 20, the mobile phone is provided with lower butting ribs 31, 32, which are opposed to the upper part at the expansion and placed at both sides of a lower case end face 15 extended in the length direction, and with upper butting ribs 33, 34, which are opposed to the lower part, placed at both sides of the upper case end face 14 in the length direction, opposed to the lower butting ribs and respectively butt against them respectively at the expansion.
