To provide a structure of folding legs for a table, a structure that can improve operability as well as reducing cost of manufacture, and also to provide a table equipped with the same.SOLUTION: The structure of folding legs for a table includes: a leg body 13 in which a pair of legs 25 are made freely rotatable in the reverse face 31 of the table 11; a support arm 15 whose one end is freely rotatably fastened to the legs 25 and the other end becomes a press-fitting shank; a movable rod 17 which is arranged along the reverse face 31; a pair of connection cylinders 19 which press-fit both ends of the movable rod 17, with the respective press-fitting shanks press-fit in an outer press-fit port; a body part 21 which is fastened to the reverse face 31 and which is provided with a guide groove 43 for guiding the movement of the movable rod 17; a holding member (leaf spring member 47) which is provided in the guide groove 43 and which engages with the movable rod 17 interlocked with the folding legs 25; and a swing lever 23 which is supported in a freely swingable manner on the body part 21, which has in one end of the swing 59 a catch 57 for regulating movement of the movable rod 17, and which has in the other end of the swing a depressing operation part 61 for releasing the restraint of the catch 57 for the movable rod 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
