CONSTITUTION: A grip installed along the grip mounting surface 1 is structured so that coupling holes 2a are provided in the mating end faces of each pair of adjoining rod-shaped gripping members 2 split in a plurality of segments and a coupling core rod 3 is arranged between the gripping members 2 in such a way that the ends are inserted into the coupling holes 2a. At the outer surface of the core rod 3 accommodated in the coupling hole 2a, a notch 4 is formed in the direction perpendicularly intersecting the longitudinal direction of the core rod 3, and the tip of a fixture 5 driven in from the outside surface of the gripping member 2 is engaged by the notch 4 in the core rod 3.
