To provide a structure for mounting a hook body onto a pedestal so as to be rotatable around two orthogonal axes with a simple structure.

A rotary member 2 is rotatable around a first axial center (m) by externally fitting the rotary member 2 to a spindle part 12 provided to the pedestal 1 after interposing the rotary member 2 between the pedestal 1 and the hook body 3. The hook body 3 is rotatable around a second axial center (n) by pivoting the base end 31 of the hook body 3 to a through-hole 21a after opening the through-hole 21a to the rotary member 2 in the second axial center (n) direction orthogonal to the first axial center (m). The pivoted structure is composed so that the base end 31 is engaged with the spindle part 12 of the pedestal 1 so as not to prevent the rotation of the rotary member 2, and also, so as to inhibit detachment of the rotary member 2 from the pedestal 1.
