To provide a structure having nanodots capable of converting energy between an electromagnetic wave (photon), surface plasmon, and surface magnon effectively with high frequency and capable of increasing the energy of the photon absorbed and accumulated by surface plasmon resonance and surface magnon resonance.
The structure 1 having nanodots includes: a support 10; and a conductive ceramics layer 20 formed on the support 10 and obtained by assembling a plurality of single crystals 22 of conductive ceramics. A plurality of nanodots 24 composed of a part of the single crystals 22 of conductive ceramics and each having a shape in which the cross-sectional area that is orthogonal to the height direction is decreased from the bottom part thereof toward the top part thereof are formed on the surface of the conductive ceramics layer 20.
