Abstract:
To provide the structure of a high efficiency heat exchanger to effect heat-exchange between exhaust gas and water or steam.
This structure of a heat-exchanger comprises a casing 7 incorporated in an exhaust gas passage 8; a partition wall 33 arranged in the casing 7, a water of steam passage 36 which is formed in the partition wall 33 and through which water or steam flows, and an exhaust gas passage 29 which is formed at the external part of the partition wall 33 and through which exhaust gas flows. Porous members 38 and 41 are arranged in the water steam passage 36 and the exhaust gas passage 29, and a reinforced member having ceramics mixed with a fiber material is arranged in porous members 38 and 42 made of ceramic.
