PURPOSE: To simplify the structure and facilitate exchange and installation at low cost by inserting and installing instruments into the hood part having the larger inside diameter than that of the instrument to be exchanged.
CONSTITUTION: The screws 15 screwed on an instrument panel 12 are loosened, and an instrument 14 is dismounted from the panel 12. An instrument 17 is inserted into the opening 11a of the hood part 11 on a front plate 9, and is installed in replacement onto the flat-surface part 16 on the front plate 9 by use of a screw 19 through the attachment plate 18 which is prepared separately as a fixed member in this case, even if the outside diameter of the instrument 17 is varied, coping with the variation is enabled by only varying the inside diameter of the attachment plate 18 without injuring the external appearance. While, as the front plate 9 is made of synthetic resin, the tapped hole for the installation screw 19 for the plate 18 can be easily formed.
