Abstract:

To reduce a liquid crystal display in size and cost, when arranging plural pieces of boosting capacitors 9 or smoothing capacitors 13 in the liquid crystal display device 1, where a semiconductor chip 5 is mounted on the surface of a stick-out part 4 arranged for one transparent substrate 2 of two stuck transparent substrates 2, 3.

The plural pieces of boosting capacitors 9 or smoothing capacitors 13 are arranged on a single chip into a capacitor arrays 8, 12, and this capacitor array is mounted on the stick-out part 4.
