Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure with a hinge structure that does not require bending, casting or other processing steps or an assembly step, and a manufacturing method for the same and a movable body using the same.SOLUTION: A structure includes: a first member provided at an edge part and having a recess with an upper side surface and a lower side surface as well as a rotation axis part provided between the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the recess; and a second member provided at the edge part and having a cylindrical void inside as well as a cylindrical part with an upper edge surface and a lower edge surface. The rotation axis part of the first member is fitted into the cylindrical void of the second member, thus making the first member and the second member rotatable. The lower edge surface of the cylindrical part of the second member has a sloped structure, the lower edge surface being inclined at 45° or more to a horizontal surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
