Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome failure in accurate supply in a conventional feeder device for a predetermined quantity of particulate matter due to change in fluidity caused by weight pressure in a case where a hopper for increased material is arranged on an upper opening of a storing part storing an object material and the hopper is filled up with the object material.SOLUTION: A hopper for increased material is arranged on an upper opening of a material storing part of a feeder device for a predetermined quantity of particulate matter. The hopper for increased material and the storing part are intermediated with an inner tube comprising a part which has a diameter thinner than the outer diameter of the hopper for increased material. The inner tube has a funnel-shape, comprising a flange on its upper opening edge, being supported with the flange on the material storing part, and being inserted into an upper inner section of the material storing part.
