The material is provided with a metallic sheath pipe 12 penetrating a reinforcing metallic pipe 11 in the bar material made of a synthetic resin nearly at a right angle, and also provided with a nut 21 having the metallic pipe 2 fixed on the inner surface of an end part and the flange part 22 fixed to an outer surface at a position a little away from the end part. The end part of the pipe 2 is inserted into the pipe 12 of the material 11 and a bolt 32 is fastened by the nut 21 of the pipe 2 through a washer 31 to pressurize the washer 31 to one end of the pipe 12 and to pressurize the part 22 to the other end of the pipe 12 to fix the end part of the pipe 2 to the material 1.
