To provide a structure and a method for joining precast concrete structural members together, which prevent restrictions on a direction of movement when the precast concrete structural members are joined together, and which enable the one structural member to be moved and joined to the other structural member.
After a connecting portion 18 is combined with a connecting portion 26, the connecting portions 18 and 26 are connected together by means of a pin member 22 passing through the connecting portion 18 from a lateral side surface 18D. This enables the connecting portion 26 of a beam member 14 to be combined with the connecting portion 18 of a beam member 12 from upward and lateral directions. Thus, the beam member 14 can be moved upward or in the lateral direction and joined. Consequently, since the direction of the movement of the beam member 14 is not restricted to the lateral direction, the degree of freedom of construction is enhanced.
