To provide technology to improve durability of a structure while allowing a long-term management of the structure.SOLUTION: A structure 10 comprises a substrate 12, a covering layer 16 and a code 14. The substrate 12 is formed in concrete. The covering layer 16 comprises a detachment prevention layer 161 and covers a surface of the substrate 12. The code 14 is situated between the substrate 12 and the covering layer 16 or inside the covering layer 16.
