Abstract:
To provide a structure of mounting an imaging element which can prevent adverse effect on an image even if the imaging element and a cover glass are used with different thermal expansion coefficients.
In this structure of mounting the imaging element, the imaging element 21 is bonded with an imaging element adhesive 19 so as to cover an opening 17a from the rear surface side of a flexible board 17, and the cover glass 25 is bonded with a cover glass adhesive 24 so as to cover the opening 17a from the front surface side of the flexible board 17. The cover glass adhesive 24 has a hardness lower than the hardness of the imaging element adhesive 19.
