To provide a structure for mounting a magnet type paper holder to a mounting paper, which can surely and inexpensively mount the paper holder at the predetermined position on the mounting paper with no necessity of the employment of a specially shaped article such as a blister container for packaging a commodity.

The magnet type paper holder 1 has the front surface part 5 and the rear surface part 6 turnably connected with each other through a hinge part 7 and magnetically attracted together when the parts 5 and 6 are overlapped with each other. The holder 1 is positioned by fitting the hinge part 7 to a notch 9 formed at the center of the mounting paper 8, and the mounting paper 8 is interposed between the front surface part 5 and the rear surface part 6 by causing the parts 5 and 6 to magnetically attract together and thus the holder 1 is mounted to the installing part 8a of the mounting paper 8. By housing the mounting paper under this state in a general purpose shaped packaging bag 10, the packaging of the commodity is completed. In this technique, cards for transmitting messages, information, pages of a magazine or the like can be used as the mounting paper. In addition, added value can be raised by applying a finishing in tune with the illustration and coloring of the mounting paper.
