A structure for mounting a photovoltaic power generation panel to an exterior finishing material includes: an exterior finishing material for construction 1 in which a male tongue connecting portion 2 and a female tongue connecting portion 3 are respectively formed along one and the other ends formed in a rectangular shape and which can be mounted in a wall surface shape through the respective connecting portions; and a photovoltaic power generation panel 11 which is mounted to one side of the exterior finishing material 1. Recessed groove portions 6a-6d, which accommodate a wiring cable 31 for transmitting an output current from the photovoltaic power generation panel 11, are formed in the one side of the exterior finishing material 1, mounted with the photovoltaic power generation panel 11, and the wiring cable 31 is accommodated between the photovoltaic power generation panel 11 and the recessed groove portion 6d formed in the exterior finishing material 1, in a state mounting the photovoltaic power generation panel 11.
