To provide structure for mounting a stand to a keyboard instrument with which the mounting of the stand to a main body of the keyboard instrument is easily and quickly performed and also with which totter in the longitudinal direction of the main body of the keyboard instrument to the stand can be suppressed.

The structure for mounting the stand to the keyboard instrument is equipped with: mounting metal fixtures 31 each of which has a stand-side mounting part 33 which is fixed at each upper end part of a pair of right and left stand main bodies 21, 21 and a piano main body-side mounting part 35 which has mounting holes 35a and on which a piano main body 2 is placed; mounting screws 36 which are inserted into the mounting holes 35a from below and also which are screwed into the bottom part of the piano main body 2; hooking metallic parts 12 which are fixed at a position laterally separated from the mounting metal fixture 31 on top faces of the pair of the right and left stand main bodies 21, 21 and one of right and left end parts of the bottom face of the piano main body 2; and hook receptacle metallic parts 32 which are fixed at top faces of the pair of the right and left stand main bodies 21, 21 and at the other of the right and left end parts of the bottom face of the the piano main body 2 and which are engaged with the hooking metallic parts 12.
