PURPOSE: To easily perform the installation and maintenance of a business machine and to maintain appearance satisfactorily by providing by hanging a single or plural shield plates adjacently on the front or side surface of the leg of a business counter.

CONSTITUTION: The shield plate is hung by engaging a male fitting 5 mounted on the shield plate with a female fitting 4 mounted on a reinforcing material. Namely, the female fitting 4 is formed by providing protrusively an arc shape projecting part 7, an arc shape recessed part 8, a curveature part 9, a pair of claws 6 with which a prism shape base terminal part 10 is integrated, and a housing part 14 in which an inner cavity 13 is provided on a square base 12 sequentially in a direction from the tip to the base terminal. Also, it consists of a pedestal 11 on which a pair of supporting protrusive pieces 15 which balance the claws 6 on the curvature part 9 are provided protrusively in the neighborhood of the upper terminal of the inner hole 13, and a spring 16 fixed on the base terminal part 10. The male fitting 5 is provided protrusively on a square base 17 by integrating with an engaging projection 18 whose tip is formed in nearly cylindrical or spherical shape. The shield plate shields the front and the side surface of the leg by installing adjacently to them, and a wiring and the business machine are installed in the gap of the leg and the shield plate.
