PURPOSE: To improve operability of an openable body at its opening and shutting by providing a hinge mechanism having two links that connect the openable body to a car body and a stay damper that gives impetus to the openable body in the direction of opening.
CONSTITUTION: A hinge mechanism 7 having two links 11 and 12 that connect openable bodies 6 and 6 to a car body 1, and a stay damper 13 that gives impetus to the openable bodies 6 and 6 in the direction of opening are provided. One end of the stay damper 13 is hinged to the openable bodies 6 and 6 and the other end thereof is connected to a transmitting member 15 that acts on the stay damper 13 so that the expanding force thereof actuates against one (11) of the links 11 and 12, with the openable bodies 6 and 6 put in the state of shutting, to make the link 11 turn in a direction corresponding to the direction of the openable bodies 6 and 6. Thereby applying of operating physical force in the opening direction at the beginning of the opening is not required, and unnecessary increase of resistance will not occur at the shutting.
