Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device structure by which the hall area in front of a door opening can be widely secured and which can dispense with a reinforcing structure or a separate seal structure and hence has a simple structure.
SOLUTION: The structure is provided with an arm member 3 connected to a door D of a vehicle, a drive means 2 provided in the vehicle body to drive the arm member 3. In the structure of the opening/closing device 1 of the door, the arm member 3 is protruded more outward than the opening S of the door to open/close the door D. A seal member 8 is set at the inner peripheral edge of the door opening S. The arm member 3 is inserted in a through hole 9 formed in the seal member 8.
