Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an open/close part of an item such as a mobile phone or the like by which the item such as the mobile phone or the like can be stably and reliably supported.
SOLUTION: The structure of the close/close part of the item such as the mobile phone or the like which is composed of a half body 1 and another half body 2 the opposed ends of which are coupled in an openable and closable manner is provided with a finger engaging member 4 at a connection 3 between the half body 1 and the other half body 2. The finger engaging member 4 moves in the direction perpendicular to the length of the connection 3 when the half body 1 and the other half body 2 are opened from each other and the finger is inserted between the finger engaging member 4 and the connection 3 for forming a gap 6 for engagement. On the other hand, when the half body 1 and the other half body 2 are closed to each other, it moves in the direction for reducing the gap 6. Consequently, by opening and closing the half body 1 and the other half body 2, the finger engaging member 4 can be moved for inserting the finger between the finger engaging member 4 and the connection 3 and forming the gap 6 for engagement or in the direction for reducing the gap.
