Abstract:
To obtain an oxygen permeable structure which is excellent not only in initial performance but also in durability, in particular, and to obtain a device for manufacturing oxygen and a system for manufacturing oxygen using the same.
The structure permeable to oxygen is characterized by fixing a laminated body constituted by arranging a thin film of an ionic conductor material consisting of compound oxide containing La, Sr, Co and Fe on a surface or on both surfaces of a thin film of ionic conductor material consisting of compound oxide containing La, Sr, Ga and Fe on a porous supporting body. The device for manufacturing oxygen and the system for manufacturing oxygen using the same are also provided.
