Further, a conductive pattern 12 is formed from the side face to the back side of a package by the means of plating or the like. Washing liquid is easily stuck even at the time of washing the back surface of the crystal base plate 2 and a water stream at the time of washing-away is also sufficiently abutted equivalently to the front surface.
