Abstract:
To prevent the burning of the surface of a steel-made member, such as a chute for pouring molten metal in a centrifugal casting apparatus from being easily generated.
On the surface layer of the chute 11 as the steel-made member, an aluminum alloy steel layer 14 diffusing the aluminum in the base material of the steel-made member constituting this chute 11 is formed. This aluminum alloy steel layer 14 is formed by thermal-spraying aluminum and stucking on the surface of the chute 11 and the chute 11 is heat treated to melt-diffuse the aluminum in the steel base material.
