Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing card erroneous insertion into a terminal equipment for preventing the erroneous insertion of a card into a pair of card insertion ports.
SOLUTION: This terminal equipment 1 is provided with a pair of upper and lower card insertion ports 2 and 3 on the front face, and different kinds of cards 4 and 5 are inserted into each card insertion port 2 and 3. This terminal equipment is provided with an erroneous insertion preventing mechanism 6 for closing one card insertion port 2 among a pair of card insertion ports 2 and 3, and opening the card insertion port 2 when the card 5 is inserted into the other card insertion port 3. The card 4 can not be inserted into one card insertion port 2 when the card is not inserted into the other card insertion port 3.
