Abstract:
To provide a structure for preventing wrong assembly of a component for measuring a flow rate of a gas meter, which can prevent wrong assembly of a measuring unit and a straightening plate simply and reliably.SOLUTION: In a portion of an internal gas flow passage formed at the bottom of a meter case 2 closed by a bottom cover 3, an inlet straightening plate 16, an ultrasonic measuring unit 15, and an outlet straightening plate 17 are mounted. Inside the bottom of the meter case 2, guide grooves 30, 25, and 26 for guiding the mounting of the measuring unit 15, the inlet straightening plate 16, and the outlet straightening plate 17 are formed, respectively. In the measuring unit 15, the inlet straightening plate 16, and the outlet straightening plate 17, protrusions 16f, 17f guided along the guide grooves 30, 25, 26 are formed, respectively. The combination of these guide grooves and projections prevents these components from being wrongly assembled in a state of being reversed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
