Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce cost required for the manufacture and make it suitable for miniaturizing a device by continuously changing the distributive concentration of powdery electromagnetic wave absorbing materials formed on an insulator substrate.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of an arbitrary insulator substrate 301 is coated with liquid-state organic resin 303 containing powdery electromagnetic wave absorbing materials 302. At such a time, when an electric field E is impressed parallelly to a direction changing the distributive concentration of the materials 302, the materials 302 flows in the liquid-state organic resin 303 and moves in the positive direction of the electric field E. Otherwise, when a magnetic field H is impressed perpendicularly to the direction changing the distributive concentration of the materials 302, the materials 302 flow in the liquid-state organic resin 303 and move perpendicularly to the magnetic field H. Thus, the distributive concentration of the materials 302 is continuously changed and afterwards, by heating and hardening the organic resin 303, the organic resin showing desired electromagnetic wave absorbing characteristic distribution is manufactured. The electromagnetic wave absorbing characteristic of the organic resin 303 formed by this method is shown by a curve 308.
