The work table 1 is provided with: the top plate 2; a plurality of legs 3 to be respectively independently expansible; a fixing mechanism 4 for fixing the length of each leg 3; and a plurality of holding parts 5 which are respectively interposed between each leg 3 and the top plate 2 so as to rotatably hold the top plate in the leg. The rotary axial lines RL of the respective holding part 5s are set to be mutually in parallel. One holding part 5 or a plurality of holding parts, whose rotary axial lines RL are aligned on a straight line, connect the legs 3 to the top plate 2 so as to be only rotatable. The other holding part 5 holds the top plate 2 to the leg 3 so as to be rotatable and slidable.
