To install and fix a pull grip simply and instantaneously to a door without the need for fixing works executed with small screws or the like.

A back plate 2 available for being fitted into a square opening 31 bored to a door leaf 30, and a grip part 3 and a locking part 4 extending toward the front from both sides of the back plate 2 are provided, and flange pieces 6 and 12 contacting against the surface of the door leaf 30 and a front piece 7 are provided at the front of the grip part 3 and the locking part 4. A pull grip main body 1 made up with an engaging groove 10 for engagement with the side edge of the square opening 31 of the door leaf 30 provided at the reverse side of the front piece 7 is fitted into the square opening 31. End cover bodies 20, each provided with a groove 22 for fitting with the end of the back plate 2 at its reverse side and with its front edge 25 being available for fitting either to the upper or the lower edge of the square opening, are fitted to the upper and the lower ends of the fitting part of the pull grip main body 1, and thereby the pull grip main body 1 can be fixed to the square opening 31 of the door leaf 30.
