SOLUTION: A step part 7 is formed on a road bridge body 1, a reinforcing plate 8 covering the step part 7 is installed on the step part 7, a concrete support plate 12 is lapped on the reinforcing plate 8 and detachably coupled with it, and expansion joint fixing concrete 5 is placed on the concrete support plate 12. When replacing the expansion joint 4, coupling between the concrete support plate 12 and the reinforcing plate 8 is released, the concrete 5 is separated along with the concrete support plate 12 from the reinforcing plate 8, and the reinforcing plate 8 is reused as it is.
