The roller shaft 30 of the form-damping roller 25 opposed to a plate cylinder and a water distributor in a contact state is supported by a lever 38 in a freely rotatable manner through a bearing 36. The gear 44 meshed with the gear of the water distributor is supported on the small diameter part of the roller shaft 30 in a freely rotatable manner and an uneven locking part 44a is provided to the end surface of the gear 44. A nut 47 is threaded with the screw part 25a formed to the inner peripheral end part of the form- damping roller 25 and the clutch member 45 integrally moving along with the nut 47 left and right is provided. The uneven locking part 45a locked with the locking part 44a of the gear 44 is provided to the end surface of the clutch member 45.
