CONSTITUTION: A rotary bezel 2 is provided rotatable on the upper side of a watch case 1. An elastic member 7 having an engaging projection 10 is formed to the watch case 1, and an uneven part 11 to which the engaging projection 10 is engaged is formed in the diameter direction on the lower side of the rotary bezel 2. The engaging projection 11 of the elastic member 7 and the uneven part 11 of the rotary bezel 2 are engaged in the radius direction, and the space in the height direction is made unnecessary, and the watch case 1 can be made in a thin form, consequently.
