PURPOSE: To provide a structure of screw which improves the assembly property and the reliability, in the structure of screw having a damping member at the lower part of the head of a screw.

CONSTITUTION: A rubber 2 is installed to a screw 1, and furthermore, a different quality of rubber 3 is superposed on the rubber 2, so as to form a compound screw. In such a screw, a fixation with an adhesive and the like is not necessary, and the different rubbers are fixed by the, rubber elasticity so as to prevent a removal. This screw is made compact, and it can be fastened very easily.
