Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely eliminate aluminum entering between seal surfaces, improve the sealing performance on the seal surface and execute continuous operation.
CONSTITUTION: A tightly contact area between seal surfaces 9, 10 of a container liner 1 and a die 7 is set so as to make the contact surface pressure within a hot proof stress value during extrusion and a relief part 21 is arranged at the outer periphery of the seal surface 9. The depth (d1) of the relief part 21 is made to be ≥3mm and the relief angle θ is made to be 20-30°.
