Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a simple partition installed in a gym or the like upon a disaster by which a private area having an excellent shielding performance is formed in each section inexpensively when the need arises.
SOLUTION: A plurality of wall panels 1 are connected by connecting metal pieces 6 including a linear metal piece 6a and an L-shaped metal piece 6b having fitting grooves 7 fitted to upper and lower edges of the connection parts of the wall panels 1, so that sectioned areas 4 may be formed. The structure of the simple partition which is thus formed comprises a rod member 11 and an opaque sheet material 13a. The rod member 11 is movably and removably extended between upper edges of the wall panels 1 by engaging both ends of the rod member 11 with the upper edges. The opaque sheet material 13a is supported by the rod member 11. One side of the opaque sheet material 13a extended from the rod member 11 hangs and the other side is fitted to cover at least a part of a ceiling surface of the sectioned area 4. The sheet material 13b hanging from the rod member 11 is effective in securing a shielding performance of the private area. By mutually fastening the upper and lower connecting metal pieces 6 by a fastening belt, connection between the adjacent wall panels is can be strengthened.
