PURPOSE: To obtain a speed reducing part structure of good assembling property, by trisecting a frame body, and further making the degree of freedom of the control position of a speed change device higher.
CONSTITUTION: An engagement groove 8 is engraved on an outer peripherl whole periphery at the connection part to the center frame 10 of a fitted frame 9 connected with a driving source 2, and the center frame 10 is bonded with the two motions of insertion/rotation, with the engagement guide face of a complicated bar parallel to the shaft center being formed with the same depth as this engagement groove 8. Also, a flange part 406 is formed at the counter clutch face side of the internal gear 404 of the final step planetary gear device stored in a tip frame 11, it is made to be interposed by the tip frame 11 and center frame 10, a steel ball 16 is arranged between the final step planetary holding body 402 and the final step sun gear 401, simultaneously with holding the axial force generated during driving, and the gap in the axial direction of the both is adjusted by reducing the contact resistance of both 401 and 402 and adequately selecting the diameter of the steel ball 16.
