To provide a structure for a stainproof road, which does not contain an organic metal in a coated film, which makes a finished appearance uniform and proper, without making a difference between the appearance skin of a recoated thick-film portion and that of a thin-film one, and which is superior in antifouling properties.

In this structure for the stainproof road, an antifouling layer composed of an antifouling paint is formed on its surface. The antifouling paint contains a binder resin (A), a curing agent (B), a partially-replaced compound (C), and an acrylic block copolymer (D). The partially-substituted compound (C), in which water tolerance to acetone is 300% or more, consists of either or both of a compound (C-1) expressed by formula (1), R1nSi(OR2)4-n, and its partially-hydrolyzed condensate, and a compound (C-2) expressed by formula (2), HO(CHR3CH2O)nR4. In formula (1), R1 represents a 1-8C organic group; R2 represents 1-5C alkyl group; and n represents an integer of 0 or 1. In formula (2), R3 represents a methyl group or a hydrogen atom; R4 represents a 1-40C organic group; and n represents an integer of 2-30.
