To provide a structure of a stirring blade capable of realizing a slender shaft part compared with a rotary blade structure of a conventional system, saving the space of crushing components, reducing the size of applicable devices, and reducing the cost thereof.
The structure of the stirring blade comprises a stirring blade body 46 having a plurality of plow-shaped parts 46a-46e on one side, a plurality of shafts 48a-48e mounted on the other side of the stirring blade body 46 corresponding to the individual plow-shaped parts 46a-46e, and a predetermined shaft part 45 having the shafts 48a-48e mounted thereon. In this configuration, when stirring perishable garbage, an airflow channel can be formed between the individual spaces of the plow-shaped parts 46a-46e of the stirring blade body 46 and the individual spaces between the shafts 48a-48e of the shaft part 45, and drying air can be distributed by using each airflow channel. Thus, the perishable garbage apparatus applying the stirring blade structure thereto is provided.
