Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for stop valve having stability and quickness of operation.
SOLUTION: A stop valve 11 for a fuel tank is provided with a float 13 capable of moving vertically in a case 12, a bottom wall 17 partitioning the lower end of the case 12, and a through hole 18 formed at the peripheral edge of the bottom wall 17, and is capable of opening/closing a port by the vertical movement of the float 13 in the case 12. At the lower end of the float 13, an inclining part 14 is provided with a diameter decreasing downward. At the upper part of the float 13 a valve seat part 13C is provided, a valve attaching part 15 is in the case 12 and the valve element 16 is in the valve attaching part 15.
