In a structure of supporting a planar article such as a solar panel, a plurality of vertical frame members 11 are disposed and fixed on base parts 10 roughly in parallel and in an inclined shape at a prescribed angle, and the solar panel can be arrayed and fixed longitudinally and laterally on an upper surface of the vertical frame members 11.
