Abstract:
To provide a structure of a suspension system which can secure an effective space below a hood panel.
The suspension system comprises a damping mechanism, which is supported by a car body at its upper end and is connected to a wheel at its lower end, and absorbs a vibration of the car body by its elongating and contracting operation, and a releasing mechanism for releasing the support at the upper end of the damping mechanism in the specified case. The damping mechanism is allowed to separate from the car body when a load is applied from above in the state that the support at the upper end has been released by the releasing mechanism.
