To prevent the side leak of excrement, the diffusion of bad smell and the diffusion of intra-feces germs by providing a tool, with which excrement such as the feces, urine or vomiting of a human being or animal is received, with structure for capsuling and storing excrement in a pouch while being stuck on an excretive organ.

Around an opening 4 of a soft pouch 2 having no water permeability, a soft flange part 3 loop-shaped or more than 2/3 is provided. In this structure, a silicone bouncing pate 1 having self-shape retainability so as to be easily deformed through the regulation of a reinforcing agent or thickener is fixed on the face of the flange on the side of the opening 4. The silicone bouncing pate 1 is fixed directly or through a fixing material 3a corresponding to the quality of the flange part 3. This pate is a dilatant viscous substance composed of boron-containing polysiloxane, for example. The soft fixing material 3a composed of fibers or silicone rubbers is used. Sticking power for following up and holding the skin actions of the excretive organ can be provided by the dilatancy flow of the silicone bouncing pate and attachment/detachment is easily enabled. In the case of excretion, the tool is directly stuck over the anus and feces can be excreted and stored in the pouch while being isolated from the outside.
