To provide a structure of a transfer pipe in a sediment dewatering machine which has a simple structure and can easily set a bend angle of the transfer pipe according to the properties of sediments.

The sediment dewatering machine 1, where the transfer pipe 4 for carrying the sediments is provided and a bent part 7 for giving a resistance to the sediments is formed in the transfer pipe 4, includes a flexible pipe 13 as an angle changing means 11 which allows the change of the bend angle θ of the bent part 7 while keeping the cross-sectional shape of the bent part 7 in the transfer direction constant, and a turnbuckle 14 as a positioning means 12 which positions the bent part 7 whose angle has been set by the angle changing means 11.
