Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005006635
Kind Code:

Abstract:

To provide a trap of a butterfly, capable of freely adjusting the distance between a trapping part and a bait stand for meeting with the size of the butterfly wishing to catch, and also closing the distance quickly so as not to be escaped on catching.

This butterfly trap is provided by penetrating twisted yarns 1 attached with a ring 5 at a lower part of the trapping part through vertical holes installed at 4 positions set by dividing the outer circumferential part of a lower dish 2 having a receiving dish shape which is a bait stand, equally by 4, bundling the four twisted yarns 1 below the lower dish 2, passing them through a stopper 4 and binding their terminals into one. By changing the position of the stopper 4, the distance between the trapping part and the lower dish 2 is adjusted for meeting with the size of the butterfly as a catching object.
