PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of a trim die and reduce the equipment cost by mounting an outer circumference holding member in a depressable manner in horizontal holes, and forming an inclined surface part to be abutted on a work on the tip part.
CONSTITUTION: A work W is inserted in an opening part 5 of an upper die 1 from a lower die 3 side. An annular cutting blade member 6 is provided on an entrance of the opening part 5, and the burrs on the outer circumference of the work W are removed by a cutting blade 6a provided thereon. A plurality of horizontal holes 8 are formed in the cutting blade member 6, an outer circumference holding member 9 is mounted in a depressable manner, and the projecting force is energized by an elastic member (spring) 10. An inclined surface part (spherical surface) 9a to be abutted on the work W is formed on the tip part of the outer circumference holding member 9. The outer circumference holding member 9 is returned to the original position by the force of the elastic member 10 while being abutted on the outer circumferential part of the work W This constitution allows the work to be inserted and supported after the deburring with a simple mechanism.
