To easily displace the front fender downward in the case of application of a predetermined downward load or more while firmly supporting an upper part of a front fender in a predetermined height position.
A vertical wall part 2b in the front fender 2 is screwed to a vertical wall part 4a in an intermediate bracket 4 fixed to a wheel apron 3 by means of a bolt 6 and a nut 7. A mounting hole 8 for passing the bolt 6 through it is formed into a long hole extending in the vertical direction, while fastening torque of the bolt 6 is set to be a predetermined value or less. When a predetermined downward load or more is applied from an obstacle S, the upper part of the front fender 2 is deflected down ward (the bolt 6 moves upward/downward inside the mounting hole 8). The front fender 2 may be set to be fixed by means of a fixing apparatus 15 having a shank part 15b extending in the vehicle width direction so that the shank part 15a is broken if a predetermined downward load or more is applied. The front fender 2 may be set to be constructed of a two-piece split structure consisting of upper and lower split fenders 2A, 2B, which are connected together α so as to constitute a fragile part mutually, so that the upper split fender 2A is deflected downward to the lower split fender 2B when a predetermined downward load or more is applied.
