Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a structure of a waste burying station of superior workability to be constructed at low cost in which water-shielding sheets are scarcely damaged by forming a layer of water-permeable members having the void volume in the specified range on the upper sections of the water- shielding sheets laid on the inner surface of a hole section formed by boring the ground. CONSTITUTION: When a waste burying disposal station 1 is constructed, the ground is bored to form a hole 2 sufficient for the burying disposal of waste. Water-shielding sheets 4 are laid on the whole of the hole section 2, and a centralized drainage pipe 16 is set on the bottom of the hole section 2. Also water-permeable members 3 are laid on the upper sections of the water permeable sheets 4. The void volume of the water-permeable members 3 is specified to be 5-90%. A filter material may be applied on the upper faces or the whole faces of the water-permeable members. The water-permeable members are formed from a synthetic resin foamed body. Thus the structure of the waste burying disposal station of superior workability to be constructed at low cost, in which the water-shielding sheets 4 are scarcely damaged, is formed.
