PURPOSE: To form a watch of inexpensive constitution which fits to a wrist and allows improve button operation by forming a through hole in a band having large elasticity and arranging a transparent plate and a film substrate on which electronic parts are mounted, and forming projected and recessed button parts.

CONSTITUTION: The transparent plate 10 is arranged at the upper part of the through hole 2 bored in the band 1 made of a material with large elasticity and the film substrate on which a liquid crystal panel 3, integrated circuit 4, crystal oscillator 5, etc., are packaged is arranged at the lower part. A pressure sensitive contact 7, projection 8, and recessed shape 9 form a button part; when this is pressed with a finger, it flexes smoothly because of the recessed shape 9 on the reverse surface of the band, so the contact 7 is made to generates an input signal. The elastic band fits to a wrist well and the size of a button is increased up to the band width size, so its operativity and responsibility are improved. Further, the need for a button in another body is eliminated and the cost is reduced.
