To provide a structure of a water barrier sheet which has a hooking means on a nonwoven fabric at the place where the nonwoven fabric exists as a base material, wherein the tension is brought about by the shrinkage of the water barrier sheet, a sagging of the water barrier sheet is decreased by the hooking means according to the degree of the tensile strength and the sagging making retention of the water barrier sheet possible is given to the water barrier sheet.
The structure of the water barrier sheet 14 consists of the nonwoven fabric 13 spread as the base material on the surface of a hollow of a wastes disposal site 10 and the water barrier sheet 14 spread thereafter on the surface, wherein the water barrier sheet 14 is equipped with a sagging part A at the part of a top of slope and the hooking means 20a and 20b which are representative as a hook and loop fastener facing the unwoven fabric 13 at least in the side of the wastes disposal site at the base end part of the sagging part A.
