A wick accommodating cylinder 4 is composed of the wick flame tube 2 continued from a bottom plate 1a of an oil tank 1 and a wick outer casing 3 continued from an upper face plate 1b of the oil tank 1, a wick 5 is vertically movably mounted in a clearance between the wick flame tube 2 and the wick outer casing 3, and a wick flame tube top panel 6 is mounted on an upper face of the wick flame tube 2 to place a combustion chamber A. An upper face plate 2c is formed at the center of an opening 2b formed on the upper face of the wick flame tube 2, a fixed plate 6c having an outer diameter approximately same as the upper face plate 2c of the wick flame tube 2 is formed at the center of an opening 6b formed on an upper face of the wick flame tube top panel 6, a plurality of guides 6d formed from an outer edge of the fixed plate 6c toward a lower part are kept into contact with an outer edge of the upper face plate 2c of the wick flame tube 2 to position the wick flame tube top panel 6 on the center of the wick flame tube 2, and the wick flame tube 2 and the wick flame tube top panel 6 are screwed and fixed at the center of the top face plate 2c and a fixed plate 6c in a positioned state.
